Milesight CTH01-868M is a 12-channel hub for monitoring electrical energy and power quality in single- and three-phase installations. One device can monitor up to 12 single-phase circuits or 4 three-phase circuits, measuring, among other parameters, RMS voltage and current, active, reactive and apparent power, imported and exported energy, power factor, THDv, THDi and voltage unbalance.
CTH01-868M communicates via LoRaWAN EU868 Class C and supports current transformers up to 1000 A and Rogowski coils up to 4000 A. Voltage measurement covers the range 100–500 V AC, while 6–8 kHz sampling enables advanced network parameter analysis. Configuration is performed wirelessly via Bluetooth and the Milesight ToolBox app.

CTH01 — 12-channel hub for energy and power quality monitoring
Milesight CTH01-868M is an advanced measurement hub designed to monitor multiple electrical circuits using one compact device.
CTH01 simultaneously supports 12 current channels and 3 voltage channels, enabling measurement of single-phase, three-phase and mixed configurations.
The device measures not only basic energy consumption but also power quality parameters such as harmonics, power factor and voltage unbalance.
12 circuits, measurement up to 4000 A and power quality analysis
12 channels
One device can monitor up to 12 single-phase circuits or 4 three-phase circuits.
Up to 4000 A
Support for split-core CTs and Rogowski coils allows the measurement range to be adapted to the installation.
6–8 kHz
The high sampling frequency enables analysis of power quality parameters.
Monitoring of commercial and industrial installations
One hub for multiple circuits
CTH01 has 12 independent current measurement channels. They can be configured for different types of installations.
The device can support up to 12 single-phase circuits, up to 4 three-phase circuits, or single- and three-phase circuits simultaneously.
Split-core CTs and Rogowski coils up to 4000 A
Compatible split-core current transformers and Rogowski coils can be connected to the RJ11 channels.
This makes it possible to select the measurement range independently to suit the characteristics of the monitored circuit and to use one hub in installations with varied loads.
Current transformers and Rogowski coils are selected according to the installation.
Voltage monitoring from 100 to 500 V AC
CTH01 measures the actual installation voltage, so power and energy calculations do not have to rely on a fixed assumed voltage value.
Voltage can be connected directly to the device terminals or measured using optional magnetic voltage probes.
Complete view of energy consumption and power quality
THD, phase unbalance and power factor
CTH01 enables analysis of parameters not provided by basic energy consumption meters.
Monitoring harmonics and voltage unbalance can help detect installation irregularities, overloads and conditions unfavorable to equipment.
Energy measurement compliant with IEC 62053
Optional external NTC sensor
An external conductor temperature sensor can be connected to the device's USB-C port.
Temperature measurement can support monitoring of loaded connections and early detection of unwanted temperature rise.
Automatic detection of abnormal conditions
Threshold Alarm
Configurable alarms when set values are exceeded.
Out-of-Range
Indication of parameters outside the operating range.
Power Failure
Logging of events related to power loss.
20,000 records, 2000 alarms and 12 months of statistics
Bluetooth and Milesight ToolBox
CTH01 is configured wirelessly via Bluetooth using the Milesight ToolBox app.
This enables channel configuration, parameter reading and software correction of current transformer direction without physically reconnecting it.
Wireless data transmission in Class C mode
The CTH01-868M variant uses the European EU868 band and can work with standard LoRaWAN infrastructure.
The device operates in Class C mode, providing high downlink communication availability during normal operation.
Continuous 12 V DC power supply
CTH01 requires a continuous 12 V DC supply. The maximum self-consumption of the device is 5.8 W.
Compact module for installation in a distribution board
DIN 35
Standard mounting on a 35 mm DIN rail facilitates installation in a distribution board.
49.3 mm
The slim enclosure reduces the amount of space occupied in the cabinet.
UL94 V0
The ABS + PC enclosure is made of flame-retardant material.
Operation in distribution boards and industrial environments
Key parameters of CTH01-868M
* The maximum current measurement range depends on the CT or Rogowski coil used. Temperature measurement requires an external NTC sensor.
CTH01 in an energy monitoring system
Data on energy consumption, load and power quality can be transmitted wirelessly to a central monitoring system.
