ATEX/Ex Sensors

IMI NEON Contact Sensor is a wireless sensor designed for remote monitoring of the position and presence of various elements of industrial infrastructure. The device enables information about the status of the monitored object to be transmitted via the LoRaWAN 868 MHz network.

The sensor can support monitoring of, among others, safety showers, fire extinguishers and quay ladders. The model is available exclusively as the NEON Ex variant, allowing it to be used in demanding industrial applications.

IMI NEON Pressure Gauge is a wireless industrial pressure gauge that enables simultaneous local pressure readings and remote data transmission via the LoRaWAN 868 MHz network.

The device supports measurement ranges up to 600 bar, offers an accuracy of ±0.4% FS, and allows alarms to be generated when permissible pressure values are exceeded. Various connection options are available, including UNF, NPT, metric, and G threads.

IMI NEON Pressure Sensor is a wireless pressure sensor designed for remote monitoring of parameters in industrial installations. The device works with a standard pressure sensor and transmits data via LoRaWAN 868 MHz.

Available measurement ranges include -1...9 bar as well as configurations from 0...2.5 to 1000 bar. Accuracy is ±0.4% FS, and the sensor enables alarms to be generated when pressure falls below or exceeds the permissible range.

IMI NEON Temperature Transmitter is a wireless temperature transmitter designed to work with thermocouples and RTD sensors, including standard PT100 sensors.

The device enables remote temperature monitoring and the generation of alarms when predefined thresholds are exceeded. LoRaWAN 868 MHz communication allows measurement data to be transmitted to the central system without the need for additional communication cabling.

IMI NEON TS-868-01-01 is a wireless surface temperature sensor designed for remote monitoring of industrial installations and equipment in potentially explosive atmospheres. The sensor communicates via LoRaWAN 868 MHz and enables continuous temperature measurement as well as the generation of alarms when specified thresholds are exceeded.

The device operates within a range of -40°C to +80°C, features an enclosure with an IP65 protection rating and explosion-proof certification II 2G Ex ia IIB T4 Gb.

IMI NEON Valve Sensor MT is a wireless position sensor designed for monitoring multi-turn valves and gate valves. The device uses magnetic field detection and measures the vertical displacement of a magnet connected to the valve stem.

The sensor enables determination of the open / closed status with an accuracy of 2 mm, communicates via LoRaWAN 868 MHz and operates at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C. The model is available exclusively as the NEON Ex variant.

IMI NEON Valve Sensor QT is a wireless position sensor designed for monitoring ball valves and other quarter-turn valves. The device uses magnetic field detection to determine the valve position open / closed with an accuracy of up to 2°.

The sensor communicates via LoRaWAN 868 MHz, operates at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C and is available exclusively in the NEON Ex version. The product is supplied with a factory-calibrated mounting bracket, enabling quick retrofitting of existing valves.

IMI NEON Vibration Sensor Ex is a wireless, three-axis vibration sensor designed for condition monitoring of rotating machinery and equipment. The sensor enables the detection of typical mechanical problems such as bearing damage, misalignment, looseness, cavitation and lubrication problems.

The device offers a frequency range of 0.5 Hz – 6.66 kHz, a full FFT spectrum with more than 8000 resolution lines, LoRaWAN 868 MHz communication and operation at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C. The NEON Ex variant is designed for use in Zone 0.
