Delivery Time and Costs
Domestic deliveries are generally carried out via DHL courier. Transit time is calculated from the moment the prepared shipment is handed over to the carrier and does not include the prior order processing time.
Domestic deliveries
Orders within Poland are generally shipped via DHL, unless another delivery method is specified in the offer, order, or individual agreement.
Transit time
After dispatch, standard transit time within Poland is usually 1–2 business days. This is an estimated transit time, not the processing time for the entire order.
Delivery cost
For standard domestic shipments, the delivery cost ranges from PLN 29 to PLN 55. The final amount depends on the type, dimensions, weight, number of packages, and other shipment parameters.
Order processing and transit
Order processing time and carrier transit time are two separate stages. The “1–2 business days” information refers only to transit after the shipment has been dispatched.
Order processing
First, the order is verified, picked, and prepared for shipment or — if the Product is not immediately available — sourced in accordance with the terms of the specific order. Detailed rules are described on the “Order Processing Time” page.
Shipment transit
Only after order processing is complete is the shipment handed over to the carrier. From that point, transit time begins, which for standard domestic deliveries is usually 1–2 business days.
Shipping via DHL
Once the order has been prepared, the shipment is generally handed over to DHL. Standard transit time within Poland is usually 1–2 business days from dispatch. This timeframe is an estimate and does not include the order processing time before the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
Delivery Costs
The final delivery cost depends on the parameters of the specific order and shipment.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost depends, among other factors, on the number of Products, number of packages, their dimensions, weight, and the required method of transport.
The standard domestic delivery cost ranges from PLN 29 to PLN 55. The exact delivery cost is shown during checkout before the order is submitted. Non-standard, oversized, or specially arranged shipments may be quoted individually and may fall outside this standard range.
Deliveries Outside Poland
International deliveries are not covered by the standard domestic delivery terms.
International shipping
For deliveries outside Poland, transport conditions, delivery cost, delivery time, and other logistics terms are determined individually for each order.
