Order Processing Time
The processing time depends on Product availability, the manufacturer's lead time, and the terms of the specific order. The stated processing time does not include the subsequent transit time of the shipment by the carrier.
Estimated processing time
The standard order processing time is approximately 30 business days. The lead time may be shorter or longer depending on Product availability, the manufacturer's lead time, and when the manufacturer delivers the Product.
Transit after dispatch
Once processing is complete and the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, the standard domestic transit time is usually 1–2 business days. Transit time is not part of the order processing time.
How is an order processed?
Each order is verified before it is accepted for processing. The lead time shown for a Product or on the website is indicative unless it has been explicitly confirmed by IoT Solution.
Order placement
After an order is placed, we verify its details, Product availability, the manufacturer's lead time, and the processing terms.
Processing confirmation
After verification, we send confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing. If the actual lead time proves longer than previously indicated, the Customer will be informed of the new estimated lead time.
Order preparation and shipping
The order is prepared from warehouse stock or sourced from the manufacturer. Once processing is complete, the shipment is handed over to the carrier and a separate transit period begins.
When does order processing begin?
The processing period begins once the conditions required to start processing the order have been met.
Online payment — ING Pay
For online payments, one of the conditions for starting order processing is the Seller's receipt of confirmation that the payment has been successfully completed.
Bank transfer — Pro Forma invoice
For payments based on a Pro Forma invoice, one of the conditions for starting order processing is the required amount being credited to the Seller's bank account.
The lead time also depends on availability and the information required to process the order
Under the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the processing period begins at the latest of the following events: confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing, receipt of all information required to fulfil it, or receipt of the required payment. Therefore, placing an order does not always mean that the processing period has started.
What if the lead time is longer?
For Products sourced from manufacturers, actual availability may change between the time the offer is displayed and the order is verified.
We will inform you of the new lead time
If, after the order is placed, the actual processing time proves longer than previously indicated, the Customer will receive information about the new estimated lead time in the order confirmation.
If the revised lead time is not accepted
Under the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Customer may reject the revised lead time and submit a statement cancelling the order within 3 business days of receiving the order confirmation.
Lead Time Summary
The total time until the order is received consists of the order processing time and the subsequent transit time.
