Advantech WISE-4610-EA is an industrial modular wireless node designed for distributed I/O points in LoRaWAN and Private LoRanetworks. The EA variant operates in the European EU 863–870 MHz band and is intended for installations where long range, strong obstacle penetration and environmental resistance are important.

The WISE-4610 platform works with WISE-S6xx I/O modules, allowing the signal set to be matched to a specific task – from analog and digital inputs through RTD to serial interfaces. Optional M12 connectors simplify orderly field installations.

The IP65enclosure, removable external antenna, 10–50 V DC power input and operating temperature from -25 to 70°C make the module suitable for demanding industrial applications.

One radio node, multiple signal configurations

The key feature of WISE-4610-EA is its modular design. The wireless unit can be combined with dedicated expansion modules, allowing the number and type of channels to be matched to a specific measurement point without using a separate transmitter for every signal type.

The accessory family includes configurations with analog and digital inputs, RTD measurement and RS-485/RS-232 ports. This enables one LoRaWAN communication standard to handle many types of process data.

WISE-4610-EA can be mounted on a 35 mm DIN rail, wall, pole or in a stacked arrangement. This makes it easy to adapt the device to the installation location, while the removable antenna can be positioned to suit local radio conditions.

The Micro-B USB interface is used for configuration, while the wide operating temperature and humidity ranges make the module well suited to industrial and infrastructure installations.
