Maddalena ELECTO SJ Multi DN20 / R160 / L130 / T30/90 is an electronic single-jet water meter with built-in Wireless M-Bus / OMS and LoRaWAN communication. The DN20 variant offers a nominal flow rate of Q3 = 4,0 m³/h, a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar, and an installation length of 130 mm.
The electronic LCD register enables local reading of volume and flow, while the integrated radio module allows data to be automatically transmitted to a remote reading system. The R measuring range ratio defines the relationship between nominal flow rate Q3 and minimum flow rate Q1. The higher the R value, the wider the range of flow rates that can be accurately recorded by the water meter.
ELECTO SJ achieves a class up to R160 in the appropriate mounting position, allowing low flow rates to be detected and improving billing accuracy at low water consumption.
U0-D0 Class Without Required Straight Pipe Sections
The water meter has a U0-D0 installation sensitivity class, so no additional straight pipe sections upstream or downstream of the device are required as a result of its metrological class.
This simplifies installation in confined spaces typical of residential and distribution installations.
