ITS Edge Cabinet receives data from sensors, meters, PLC controllers, cameras and external databases — regardless of the protocol they use to communicate.
ITS Edge Cabinet is more than just an enclosure — it is a ready-to-use platform for collecting, aggregating and analysing data, including:
- Collection of raw and aggregated data (time intervals selected for the process)
- Full event history and traceability
- Alarms and thresholds configured for the process
- Data visualisation through the built-in dashboard module
- Low-code automation and integrations, without writing code from scratch
- Support for most communication protocols, including LoRaWAN, Modbus, OPC UA and MQTT
- Encryption of transmission and access
Data Ready for Further Use
ITS does not lock data into a single system — it makes it available to the tools you already use: SCADA, MES, ERP, SQL, MS Excel, Power BI, as well as directly to PLC controllers and HMI panels.
Data Replication Between ITS Instances
Multiple ITS Edge Cabinet instances — deployed in different locations, production halls or buildings — can replicate data between one another, consolidating it at a higher level (e.g. in a shared ITS VM or ITS Cloud instance). This goes beyond consolidating measurement data: replication also covers alarms, system data, thresholds and other events recorded locally by each unit.
The Same Platform, in a Ready-Made Enclosure
ITS Edge Cabinet is the hardware version of the ITS Platform, supplied in a prefabricated enclosure — alongside ITS VM and ITS Cloud, one of the deployment forms of the same platform. The same engine as in the ITS Edge Box runs inside the cabinet; the difference is that here it reaches the customer in a ready-made, tested enclosure compliant with installation standards, without the need to build a custom cabinet from scratch.
