Dual technology, maximum capabilities
To optimize accuracy and performance, the VS330 uses PIR and ToF to detect space occupancy in each cubicle. With PIR detecting human movement and ToF measuring the distance to objects, the VS330 significantly improves detection results, achieving unmatched accuracy while ensuring 100% anonymity.
PIR detection combined with ToF enables the VS330 to monitor bathroom-space occupancy accurately. A built-in self-calibration algorithm further increases accuracy to an industry-leading 99.5%.
GDPR-compliant. PIR detects infrared radiation from objects/people, while ToF (Time of Flight) measures the time taken for a wave to travel to an object and back. No personal data is involved in the process.
In high-traffic but low-throughput applications, immediate occupancy-status updates are essential for better management and greater facility efficiency.
Ultra-low energy consumption
High accuracy does not mean high energy consumption. The VS330 features advanced PIR and ToF detection-triggering logic that improves energy efficiency and guarantees at least four years of battery operation.
The VS330 has a sleek, refined enclosure. Its rotating probe can be adjusted through 0–75°, providing high flexibility and minimizing detection blind spots. In addition, the conformal coating on the VS330 PCBA prevents moisture damage to the sensor in humid environments such as restrooms.
