Right-Angle Connector
PFXZCBCNDC2 is an angled variant of the power connector.
Compared with the straight PFXZCBCNDC1, the wires are routed at an angle to the panel socket, which can reduce the installation space required behind the device.
This is particularly useful in shallow enclosures and operator cabinets where space behind the panel is limited.
Spring Clamp Terminal Block
The connector uses spring-clamp wire terminals.
To connect a wire, press the terminal-release button, insert the prepared conductor, and release the button so the spring mechanism secures it in the terminal.
The design does not require soldering the wire to the connector — the manufacturer explicitly states that power wires should not be soldered directly to the terminals.

PFXZCBCNDC2 has three connection points corresponding to the basic panel power conductors.
Terminal + is intended for the positive DC supply terminal, terminal − for 0 V potential, while FG is the functional earth terminal connected to the panel chassis.
The exact supply voltage depends on the compatible device — for example, SP5000 Display Modules use 12–24 V DC power.
For 0,75–2,5 mm² Conductors
Pro-face documentation for devices using PFXZCBCNDC2 specifies a power-wire cross-section range of 0,75–2,5 mm², i.e. AWG 18–13.
Both solid and stranded conductors are supported.
The recommended strip length is 10 mm.
For Display Modules Except 7″ Wide
Current SP5000 documentation classifies PFXZCBCNDC2 as DC Power Supply Connector (Right-angle) intended for Display Modules.
The manufacturer notes an exception for 7-inch Wide Display Module SP-5400WA, which uses the straight PFXZCBCNDC1 connector and is not compatible with the angled PFXZCBCNDC2 variant.
Other compatible SP5000 Display Modules can use the angled PFXZCBCNDC2 connector.
For GP-4500 and GP-4600 Panels
GP4000 Series documentation assigns PFXZCBCNDC2 to GP-4500 Series and GP-4600 Series.
This also applies to the corresponding rear-mount versions PFXGP4501TADR and PFXGP4601TADR.
Smaller GP-4200, GP-4300, and GP-4400 models use the different straight PFXZCBCNDC1 connector.

Series Documentation FP5000 also specifies PFXZCBCNDC2 as an angled DC power connector.
For these devices, the connector supports 12–24 V DC, 0 V and FG.
Straight and Angled Variants
Pro-face offers two similar power connectors: PFXZCBCNDC1 — straight type and PFXZCBCNDC2 — angled type.
They should not be treated as automatically interchangeable. Compatibility depends on the specific panel or Display Module model.
For example, SP-5400WA requires PFXZCBCNDC1, and the manufacturer explicitly states that the angled PFXZCBCNDC2 cannot be connected to it.
