Milesight EM300-ZLD-868M is a zonal LoRaWAN leak sensor designed for monitoring larger areas at risk of flooding. The detection cable with a standard length of 3 m detects the presence of conductive liquid, enabling protection of applications including pipelines, server rooms, technical rooms, and raised floors.
The device also measures temperature from −30 to +70°C and humidity from 0–100% RH. The IP67 enclosure, local storage for 2800 records, data retransmission, Milesight D2D, and a replaceable 4000 mAh battery enable long-term and independent infrastructure monitoring.

EM300-ZLD — Leak Monitoring Along the Entire Protected Zone
Milesight EM300-ZLD is a wireless sensor designed to detect the presence of water and other conductive liquids across a larger installation area.
Instead of a single measurement point, the device uses a detection cable with a standard length of 3 metres. It can be routed along a pipeline, beneath equipment, or around protected infrastructure to detect a leak regardless of where it appears along the cable route.

Contact between conductive liquid and the cable generates an event that can be transmitted via LoRaWAN to the monitoring system.

Local Response Without Waiting for the Cloud System
The EM300-ZLD supports Milesight D2D, allowing an event to be transmitted directly to a compatible Milesight device without using a LoRaWAN gateway or server.
This makes it possible to use leak detection to quickly activate a local alarm, relay, valve, or another automation component.
