Order Processing Time

The order processing time covers all stages from the moment an order is placed until the shipment is delivered to the customer.

Payment Confirmation

We begin processing an order once the payment has been credited to our account.

In the case of a traditional bank transfer, the processing time may be extended by the time required for the payment to be credited.

Standard Processing Time

The standard order processing time is up to 30 business days due to the availability of certain products.

If the processing time is expected to be longer, the customer will be informed accordingly.

Packing and Delivery

Once the order has been completed, the products are:

• packed,
• handed over for shipment,
• dispatched using DHL courier services.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days from the date of dispatch.

Order Status Notifications

At every stage of the order fulfilment process, the customer receives e-mail notifications, including:

• confirmation that the shipment has been dispatched,
• the tracking number,
• a link to the carrier’s website where the delivery status can be checked.
